THE TIRE COLOGNE 2024 - The world of tyres and rims

This year, we will once again be represented at the leading international platform for the global tyre and wheel industry. The topic of sustainability will take centre stage at the trade fair even more than in previous years.

At the event "Sustainable transformation of mobility with retreaded tyres" in the Circular Economy Forum on June, 4th, CEO Mark Hinghaus-Kaul will be speaking alongside other participants.

On the same day at 2:45 pm, a used-tyre-resolution addressed to the EU will be officially signed at the stand of the AZuR network, of which REIFEN HINGHAUS GmbH was already a partner in the early days. Anyone wishing to support this resolution can still register via the link:

In summary, the aim is to ensure that tyres are kept within the material cycle as a valuable raw material. To this end, all tyres used in the European Union should be reused, reutilised or recycled in the EU.
