Unsere Produktion braucht Unterstützung
Herstellung, Lagerung und Versand von KFZ-Reifen im 3-Schicht-Betrieb zählen zu den Aufgaben. Dabei kann Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb von Vorteil sein. Kenntnisse aus Bereichen mit KFZ, Mechanik oder gar dem Vulkaniseurhandwerk wären ideal, sind jedoch nicht Bedingung.
Der Arbeitsbereich umfasst hauptsächlich die folgenden Tätigkeiten:
- Bedienen von Maschinen
- Reifen transportieren, be- & entladen
- Qualitätskontrollen
- Kommissionieren

Zu den Aufgabenbereichen zählen u.a. Kontrolle, Planung und Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses sowie Einhaltung von Qualitätssicherung/-management.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Betrieb können hier von Vorteil sein. Kenntnisse aus der KFZ-Branche oder gar dem Vulkaniseurhandwerk wären ideal, sind jedoch nicht Bedingung. Ihre Eignung zur Führung von Mitarbeiter/innen macht Sie für uns interessant.

Tyre vulcaniser (m/f)
The character of working in a retreading facility is much different from the “dirty image” which many people seem to incorrectly associate with the production of retreaded tyres. The production in this industry has long ago met the highest requirements with respect to science and technology and facilitates the activities the people with their special machines with the aid of computers and other tools. A glance at the facility where “King Meiler” tyres come to life will definitely surprise you: A huge production with all technical means is controlled by computers and takes place in a clean environment.
It is constantly optimised in terms of logistics - firstly in order to facilitate the operations, and then, of course, in the interests of economy. The progress is therefore pleasant even for the company, because the people work more efficiently and the work of the employees is also made easy. Skilled employees are still sought, who would form a network in front of and around the machines, from which the best possible quality of the retreaded tyres will emerge. Therefore, the human factor in operation is thus the indispensable factor of success.
Advanced training
A company without any potential to provide the advance training is automatically doomed to stagnation. The range of possibilities to acquire knowledge in various areas strengthens the operation, increases the quality and last but not the least, motivates the employees as well.
